Westminster Presbyterian Church (1884)

The following article originally appeared on the pages of The Presbyterian Journal, not long after Dr. Taylor had taken his post as editor of the magazine. It was later reproduced in pamphlet form for distribution and as such it was an influential publication in the Continuing Presbyterian Church movement of the 1960's. Interest in Dr. Taylor's article continues and it is reproduced here by request. For reference, the proper citation of the article would be as follows: Taylor, G.
